Live your ski / snowboard baptism in the snow at Cerro Catedral

Your first experience on snow, with all the thrill of skiing or snowboarding at Cerro Catedral.

Have you always dreamed of learning to ski or snowboard? This experience is designed for you. Specially designed for beginners, the Cerro Catedral Baptism Class offers you your first real contact with snow sports, in the largest ski center in South America.

From downtown Bariloche we will take you to the base of the mountain in a comfortable and safe transfer. Once there, you will receive the complete technical equipment and you will begin a 2-hour group class with specialized instructors. Learn the basics, gain confidence in a controlled environment and enjoy a day in the snow at your own pace.

After the lesson, you can continue practicing freely for the rest of the day on slopes adapted for beginners.

The activity is available every day between April 1 and August 15, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Recommended for children over 12 years old.

What does the activity include?

This program includes roundtrip transportation from meeting points between downtown Bariloche and km 8 of Bustillo or Pioneros Avenue, complete ski or snowboard equipment, intensive group lessons and access to practice slopes.

It does not include snow clothing, meals or tickets for chairlifts or other means of elevation.

Is previous experience necessary?
No. This class is designed exclusively for those who have never skied or snowboarded before.

How old do I have to be to participate?
The activity is suitable for people from 12 years of age.

Can I still use the equipment after the class?
Yes, the equipment remains available for the rest of the day to keep you practicing.

Does the price include the chairlift pass?
No, access to lifts is paid separately and is not included.
